Delivery

Please allow plenty of time for your delivery - we send most orders out within 2 days of receiving your order but all our products are handmade and can take longer. If you need your order urgently, please contact us (see below) and we'll do everything we can to get your order delivered in time. 

Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order as we make all our products by hand in small batches to ensure that they are always fresh and in perfect condition when they leave our premises (please see below if your order is urgent).

P&P is free for mainland UK orders over £30 and £3.50 for mainland UK orders under £30. We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

If your order is top urgent, we can send it Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery for £13.50 - if you would like this option, please let us know via the Order Notes section of the Shopping Cart or call us on 07738 178898 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will then call you back to arrange payment for the additional postage.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WE REGRET THAT WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP TO THE UK.

The majority of orders arrive within 4 working days but please allow 7 days before contacting us (unless your order is urgent) - and please do allow some extra time for Royal Mail delivery.
